Food You Can Feel

A new menu is released every Wednesday. You can view the menu here. I'll also be posting reminders on Beats n' Roots IG Story

Click on the "Menu" button located at the top right of this page. On the next page, click on the day you want from the list on the left. Finally, click on the image to get a detailed description and place your order. Reminder: there is only one dish available to choose from per day and you can order as many as there are available. 

They are meant to feed one person at one meal. Word on the street is we scoop heavy ;)

We deliver our meals fresh each day. So for example, if you order Monday and Wednesday's meals, we will deliver Monday’s dinner between 3-6pm on Monday and Wednesday’s dinner same time on Wednesday. 

In an effort to get all the orders delivered in a timely manner, we'll be dropping off the order at your door with a ring and a knock, followed up with a text to confirm delivery. If there's a scenario where we need to put your bag in a cooler you provide because you won't be home during the drop off window, we'd be happy to do so! 

Follow the prompts in the online shop after you place your order. We accept Credit/Debit, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

There is NO delivery fee as long as you're within our Delivery Zone (please refer to our general map at the bottom of this page). Outside of the Delivery Zone there is a $5 delivery fee for every delivery. If you order multiple meals and are outside the Delivery Zone, you can opt to have all your meals delivered on one day. Please let me know if that is something you would like to take advantage of and I would be happy to accommodate (space is limited).

The website builder program wouldn't allow us to change the wording from "shipping" to "delivery". In all context on Beats n' Roots website, "shipping" means "delivery". 

Make sure to create a free account so that your information can safely be stored for future purchases. After you sign into your account, all you have to do is select your meals and pay. 

We want you to enjoy the meals as close to getting them fresh from our kitchen as possible, there is some light cooking and/or preparing. Very easy! Watch Beats n' Roots IG Story for quick demonstrations. Meals like tacos or salads will come deconstructed so the ingredients all stay their best. Sometimes we’ll have you cook the noodles for a pasta dish because fresher is better than reheated. But you will always receive a set of instructions, which is our suggested process to prepare the meal. Any work on your part is minimal and so worth it! 

Your meal will include written instructions. In addition, on the day of delivery, I will post quick tutorial videos for each meal on Beats n' Roots IG Story. 

Since everything is freshly made each morning, your meal will be good for 5 - 7 days from delivery. If you don't plan on eating it the night of delivery, we recommend you transfer it to a sealed and dated container for storage in the fridge until you're ready. Just remember items like salads have a shorter shelf life and should be treated with care.

Orders should be in by Saturday at 3pm for delivery for the following week. Should you need to cancel your order, please do it by this deadline for a full refund. Any cancellations after this deadline will receive no refund. If you find yourself locked in and still don't want the meal, please let us know and we can gift it to anyone you choose!

Our menu items will always list Gluten, Soy, and Nut allergens. We will sometimes offer substitutions and those will be clearly stated on that week's menu. If there are no substitutions listed and you have a concern, please inquire, and we'll see what we can do. 

Yes!! All food is 100% plant-based. There are no animal-derived products used to make your food.

Our food is NUTRITIOUS without being overly health conscious. We do use oils  (coconut, EVO, peanut, and veg) to sauté or fry ingredients but nothing in excess. One of our goals is to veganize long-time favorite meals and come up with renewed creations using plant-based ingredients that are better for our bodies, the animals and our planet.
